IT career and Academic background
My IT career began in 1991 with ChiWriter, a pioneering scientific text editor for MS-DOS developed by Cay Horstmann in 1986. It was one of the first WYSIWYG editors capable of handling mathematical formulas on IBM PC XT computers, which were common at the time.
In 1992, in Serbia, we started using MS Windows, which was initially announced in 1983 but only released as Windows 1.0 in 1985. Although it aimed to compete with Apple’s operating systems, it struggled to gain popularity.
Since 2007, I’ve been working with macOS, while still maintaining proficiency in MS Windows.
I began my journey in IT training in 1995, with my initial experience working with computers dating back to 1991.
I graduated from two faculties and got My two diplomas: Faculty of Economics, Department of Tourism (1985.) and IT Academy (2006)
This academic IT background provided me with a deep understanding of Web (WordPress and HTML&CSS ), Graphic (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Multimedia Design (After Effects, Premier, Camtasia) Game Design (MMF, Blender, Unity), which I now apply to my online teaching practice.
From 2004 to 2007, manager and lecturer at the Computer School “COMING-Computer Engineering” Novi Sad. About 2000 students.
My goal is to help people build a website and monetize it by offering services, selling products or courses, posting ads using affiliate links, or simply writing a blog with a goal of their own, showcasing their skills and helping other people.
I’ve been building websites since 1999 and with a lot of trial and error (using Adobe Dreamweaver, web design software that supports HTML, CSS, JavaScript and more).
I believe mistakes are the best way to learn!
This is why I encourage my clients that hard work and persistence in learning produce great results.
*My personal traits are curiosity, exploration, persistence, and patience.
I particularly enjoy teaching internet safety
In today’s digital age, teaching internet safety is crucial for protecting individuals from online threats and ensuring a secure online experience.
My passion lies in educating others about the importance of internet safety and empowering them with the knowledge to navigate the web safely.
Key Areas of Focus:.
Emphasizing the creation of strong, unique passwords for different accounts and the use of password managers to keep track of them. Teaching the importance of changing passwords regularly and avoiding the reuse of passwords across multiple sites.
Educating users on how to identify phishing attempts and online scams. This includes recognizing suspicious emails, messages, and links, and understanding how to verify the authenticity of communications before taking any action.
Demonstrating how to adjust privacy settings on social media platforms to control who can view personal information. Stressing the importance of being mindful about what is shared online and the potential implications for personal privacy.
Addressing the signs of cyber-bullying and providing strategies for dealing with it. Encouraging open communication about online interactions and seeking help if necessary.
Promoting best practices for safe browsing, such as avoiding risky sites, not sharing personal information with strangers, and being cautious about downloading files or software.

Achievement and Roles in a Previous Job
I was honored that my project, Summer Computer Camp for Children, was nominated for an award from the European Commission in 2012.
I received nominee award, recognition for achievements. These honors reflect my dedication to excellence and my commitment to achieving high standards, qualities that I bring to my role as an online teacher.
The European Commission created the e-Inclusion Award to promote awareness, encourage participation, and highlight exemplary practices in using information and communication technologies to foster social and digital inclusion across Europe.
In 2012, my project was honored with a nomination for this prestigious award.
I am incredibly proud to have founded and successfully operated KompKamp, a Summer Computer Camp for children aged 8 to 14, for 12 years. As a testament to its success, we have preserved the camp’s legacy through a blog, which houses over 60,000 images and videos across several WordPress platforms and YouTube Channel. KompKamp was a pioneering initiative in Europe, being the first camp to focus on teaching programming to children through the creation of video games. Screen shot on the right shows that we were (maybe still are) the only computer camp in Europe with a program of work in Game Design.
During the Summer Comp Camp, over 1500 children were trained. Everyone learned to work in three software, out of a total of 12 software that were offered.
I am deeply thankful for my camp assistants and ten counselors, including four dedicated psychologists and one skilled neuropsychiatrist. Their support and expertise have made a significant difference in our experience.
